» ASC Training: Cancelation Policy
- To maximize the effectiveness of our training sessions, ASC limits the number of attendees per class.
- Class registration is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
- ASC reserves the right to cancel any class. If a class is cancelled, we will contact students by telephone and email to arrange for training credit. Every effort will be made to reschedule a cancelled class, transfer enrollments to a later date or refund payment.
- As an important courtesy to students, ASC will make every attempt to notify students at least seven calendar days prior to the start of the first day of class.
- You may cancel your registration for a class up until 14 calendar days in advance of the class date and receive either a 100% refund or transfer the fee to another class.
- You may cancel your registration for a class up until 7 calendar days in advance of the class and apply credit to a future class.
- No credit or refund will be given to those who fail to appear for training as scheduled or agreed.
- No credit or refund will be given to those who cancel class registration less than 7 calendar days prior to a class date. If a registered participant is unable to attend the course, a substitute is welcome to take their place.
- Course enrollment substitutions are acceptable any time up to the course start date, but the ASC training coordinator (Mariah Eze, 703-739-2233) must be notified prior to the class start date.
- All purchases of web-based training are final and non-refundable.
