Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) EvaluatorTM Description
The CAP EvaluatorTM covers a large range of questions generated randomly for each topic to maximize learning. The CAP EvaluatorTM systematically reviews the Common Body of Knowledge that will be on the CAP examination and increases the chance of the candidate passing the CAP examination the first time taken.
The CAP certification covers a variety of Information Security topics and consists of seven domains taken from the International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC) 2 Common Body of Knowledge (CBK). The industry generally accepts the CBK as a compendium of industry best practices for Information Security.
The Evaluator's content is
arranged to correspond to the 7 domains of the certification
examination. The domains covered are (1) Risk Management Framework, (2) Categorization of Information Systems, (3) Selection of Security Controls, (4) Security Control Implementation, (5) Security Control Assessment, (6) Information System Authorization, and (7) Monitoring of Security Controls.
